Hello, I'm Melissa Belgrave .
As someone who has navigated a varied career path, including 18 years in diverse roles, the desire to transition into mentorship stems from a passion for helping others develop and finding personal fulfillment through guiding the next generation. Currently working as a freelance over-the-phone and video remote interpreter for Globo and Language Service Associates, coupled with my certification as a Certified Public Accountant in the Republic of Panama and ongoing undergraduate studies focused on teaching and English language acquisition, I recognize the value of accessible development opportunities for all. The drive to mentor arises from a deep-seated belief in the power of knowledge sharing and the transformative impact of guidance. Having worked in translation, customer service, and teaching, I understand the challenges and opportunities that individuals face in navigating their professional journeys. Mentoring provides an avenue to leverage this experience in a meaningful way, fostering growth and empowering others to reach their full potential. The inspiration to pursue mentorship is also personal. Seeing the positive impact that individuals like the founder’s father and sister have had on others has further solidified the desire to find an outlet for the vast number of skills, talents, competence, experience, and knowledge that I have acquired. Mentorship, therefore, is not just a career transition but a calling to contribute to a community of growth and collaboration, ensuring that valuable expertise is passed on to those who will shape the future.
