Hello, I'm Niall Trainor .

I have recently retired from full time employment after a 40 year career working in senior management positions in Ireland, South Africa and Australia. I am a Chartered Accountant by background with extensive audit experience. A number of years ago I undertook a change of direction to become General Manager at Glanbia Co op, Irelands largest dairy co operative. My change of direction was timely in that it coincided with a period of huge change within the organization which enabled me to grow professionally and personally as I played a key role in delivering a major program of corporate restructuring over a 12 year period. I have benefited greatly from my mobility (both geographic and career wise) over my working life and would be delighted to share my experiences with others.
