Hello, I'm Trevor .

I work in the Irish Civil Service in the Department of Social Protection, I joined the service in 2000 and worked as a Clerical Officer until June 2020 when I was promoted to Executive Officer, in June 2023 I was promoted then to Higher Executive Officer and I currently work in the HR Learning and Development team. My role in the team is that I assist staff with their Refund Of Fee's applications where they can to further their studies free of charge in certain subjects. I also look after the Masters Scholarship programme, this is where the Department offer 4 scholarships to staff members who can study on a full time basis while receiving full pay. I was 20 years in the Department before I got my first promotion and in 3 years I received 2 promotions. If you want hear how I achieved this please feel free to contact me.
