Hello, I'm Terry O’Leary .

I'm an experienced Agile Coach working at the LEGO group. My background in industry spans over 20 years. I've worked in a variety of industries from Charity, Utilities, FMCG and Financial Services. My original career was technical ,as a web developer, over the years I've changed that path to focus more on people, using Agile methodologies as a way to coach and empower people to know they can make things better. Outside of work I'm a football fan, LEGO builders and YouTuber.
