Hi, welcome to my profile. Following my graduation I initially worked as a Catering Manager and then moved into Training and Development with Ireland's largest Contract Catering Company. Thus led to a Regional Training role with Dunnes Stores and then my final career move to HR and Teaining Manager for some of Dublin's top hotels. I like to think that it is entirely possible to move 'laterally ' into various roles based on opportunity and experience.
