Hello, I'm Linda .

Hi I am Linda, I have worked in the Transport sector for most of my career currenting heading up the Talent and Diversity area for the organisation. In my career to date, I have held a number of people development roles across a group of companies and I have a passion for learning and development and supporting others. I believe everyone has great potential, it just needs to be tapped into. Now for the serious bit... I have a Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology from DCU and a Masters in Coaching from Smurfit Business School. Over the years, i have worked with a charity delivering a Living well with a chronic condition programme and i trained as a yoga teacher in 2015 and teach part time. For me, the essence of my mentoring is working with the whole person in an integrated way. With this approach, the mentor works with the mentee to understand who they are, why they are like that and how this influences their behaviour and responses. When a mentee engages with this kind of work in a mentoring relationship, real change becomes possible.
