My passion is Talent, and what I see as the key pillars of inclusive Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion combined with Learning & Development and Wellbeing. I am also highly experienced in employee relations and have deep experience in benefits management. I am also fascinated by technology and the impact of technology on HR, organizations and wider society, and as a History graduate, I believe strongly in evidence-based management. I have a strong interest and experience as well in strategy and communication. I love mentoring and I believe everyone needs a mentor!
