About me
I've built my career in Customer Success. I've worked in multiple environments: - Start-up with no existing CS function - Acquired company with a maturing model - Enterprise SaaS, matrix organisation - Plus delivering critical changes to the operating model I'm passionate about this practice and even more passionate about helping people enter it and grow themselves within it. I believe that it's THE critical part of the SaaS model and that it takes particular skills and personality traits to achieve greatness in CS. I want to share my experience and my knowledge with mentees at any stage of their career and with organisations at any level of maturity. Looking forward to working together!
